Script 4
This script takes the files in the Sindex_files folder which were produced in Script 3. This script models percentage change of each species in each habitat/region and saves the percentage changes to CSV files named Hab_trends, Region_trends and Hab_region_trends. It is not necessary to run this script to reproduce the analysis as these three data frames are already supplied in the Data folder.
