Abstract

This is the data and R code used to produce figures for manuscript "A heteroskedastic model of Park Grass spring hay yields in response to weather suggests continuing yield decline with climate change in future decades". Simulated data from 1902 to 2080 are included. Where: "Year" corresponds to simulated year; "CI50" the 50% Credible Interval quantile for model predictions; "CI055" the 5.5% Credible Interval quantile for model predictions; "CI94.5" the 94.5% Credible Interval quantile for model predictions; "Sim" referring to the type of simulation, "Old", "RCP4.5" and "RCP8.5"; "Simulation" corresponding to each climate model and Park Grass plot.

Methods

R code for reproducing Figure 2 and Supplementary Figure 4 from https://doi.org/10.1098/rsif.2022.0361.
Data are saved from the directory and include the simulation of Park Grass hay yield from 1902 to 2016 and then the simulation of under HadGEM2 and GISS future climate models to 2080.
